**Job Description**

We are seeking a Lead Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

  • Provide specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
  • Develop study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
  • Develop construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
  • Use expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.
  • Perform quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
  • Prepare technical specification sections.
  • Provide input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Masters degree in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng), or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent in the relevant field from any global organization.
  • 10-15 years experience (Exposure to outside India projects preferably UK, USA, Canada & ANZ region)
  • Preparation, Review and production of Electrical (EHV, HV, MV, LV), Street Lighting, Telecom, ELV, ICT Network, Pump station, Water Treatment Plant, EV charging Station, Substation, Power Transmission & Distribution network
  • Design Calculation: Street lighting, High Mast Area Lighting, Cable sizing & Voltage drop, Earthing, Fault level, Corridor sizing
  • Software: Dialux, AGI, Lighting Reality, Amtech, ETAP
  • Experience in leading technical design team of engineers and designers for urban infrastructure projects (preferably for Middle East region).
  • Familiarity with Middle East Codes and Standards is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English are desirable.
