Job Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for managing the transportation planning and execution of orders/shipments.

  • You will work closely with various stakeholders to obtain required shipment-related documents or details.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute the transportation of orders/shipments efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and track daily activities to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Manage and report on deviations or escalations in daily processes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all shipping activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
