Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Project Coordinator to lead and manage projects that improve our spare parts supply chain processes and systems.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience leading supply chain improvement projects, strong analyzing, planning, and project management skills, high independence, and motivation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.

The Logistics Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing projects to enhance the spare parts supply chain processes and systems.
  • Analyzing data and performance to drive process improvement, implement cost savings, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Providing support and guidance to the spare parts supply teams as needed.
  • Participating in the deployment of new tools and technology.
  • Collaborating with the lifecycle management team to develop a spare parts catalogue and associated maintenance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • 7-10 years of experience leading supply chain improvement projects.
  • Strong analyzing, planning, and project management skills.
  • High independence and motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal/external resources.
  • Solid ERP software experience.
