We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the development of our Debit Card product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a product strategy that drives revenue growth and optimizes costs through innovative product propositions and strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize data analytics and artificial intelligence to develop targeted interventions and programs, focusing on continuous product improvements.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate complex topics, and resolve conflicts while leading delivery and experience channels.
  • Source and manage alliances with merchants, card networks, fintechs, and other industry leaders to enhance the debit card product suite.
  • Design user journeys and product features to solve pain points, ensuring detailed customer validation.
  • Implement effective product marketing strategies through push, email, SMS, and owned and paid media.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of solid product management experience in consumer-facing products, preferably in card product management at leading consumer banks.
  • Ability to construct a product roadmap, get buy-in from teams, and direct towards a structured common roadmap.
  • End-to-end delivery, from creating PRDs & BRDs to analyzing post-launch metrics and iteration.
  • Data-oriented approach, keen eye for numbers, and ability to derive insights and product decisions based on numbers.
  • Long-term vision, strong oral/written communication skills, and ability to articulate a compelling vision.
