Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. As a Cashier, you will be the first and last point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience.

Must know how to use POS

Additional knowledge of SAP will be beneficial

Preferred candidate profile

  • Greet customers as they enter and exit the store.
  • Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Bag purchases carefully and efficiently.
  • Answer customer questions and assist with product inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Follow store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
  • Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
  • Help with stock replenishment and store tidiness during slow periods.
