**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team at Tanishq Jewellery locations in God DhoD Road and Adajan, Surat. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a tidy and organized cashier area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Accept payments in the form of cash, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
- Calculate and return change to customers accurately.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the system.
- Resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
- Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
- Assist customers with jewelry inquiries and provide product information as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Cashier, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary Range: 18,000 to 20,000 INR per month

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM (with 30 min lunch break)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
