* Manages and oversees all cashier operations, ensuring efficient and accurate transactions.

* Trains, schedules, and supervises cashier staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

* Handles customer inquiries and resolves complex transactional issues with professionalism.

* Monitors cash drawer reconciliation, conducts audits, and prepares daily financial reports.

* Ensures compliance with company policies and security procedures for cash handling.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Head cashier or relevant is Mandatory

Skills Needed

• Good with numbers and attention to detail.
• Friendly and helpful attitude toward customers and staff.
• Ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of computers and payment systems.
• Good communication skill
