As a senior manager or manager, you will be responsible for shaping client engagements, identifying new opportunities, and delivering successful data-driven customer experience programs. Your blend of business acumen, consulting expertise, and deep knowledge of CDP technologies will set you apart in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of CDP practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development initiatives.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with CXO-level stakeholders to position CDP as a core enabler of digital transformation.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable CDP use cases and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and implement effective solution workshops and analytics strategies for clients.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing.
  • Strong experience in CDP strategy, implementation, or solutioning (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RT-CDP, Twilio Segment, or similar).
  • Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
