Corporate Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Corporate Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing. You will provide strategic advice to clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, ensuring alignment with their long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Leadership: Lead complex transactions from origination to closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert advice on strategic transactions and corporate restructuring.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
