Description

We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing software licenses, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and maintaining accurate records of license assignments and usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process software requests via vendor portals and assign licenses accordingly.
  • Validate license availability and initiate procurement when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of license assignments, usage, and compliance.
  • Track contract expirations using dashboards and coordinate with legal and procurement for contract reviews and renewals.
  • Ensure all approvals are documented and PO status is tracked and updated accordingly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT Procurement.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, Asana, Remedy (BMC Helix), and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
