Contract Professional

Highly skilled LLB professionals with 5-10 years of experience in contracts are required to join our organization. They should have expertise in direct negotiation with clients and business heads, as well as managing APAC as a region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, Reviewing, and Vetting: The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and vetting IT, ITES, Technology Contracts, Agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Negotiation and Review: They should be well-versed in review and negotiation of various types of contracts and agreements, including Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, Procurement Agreement.
  • Government Tenders and Contracts: The successful candidate will have experience in handling government tenders, Bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, and contracts with OEMs, Service Providers, Sub Contractors – Software license, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, AI, Manpower etc.
  • Liaison and Contractual Correspondence: They should be able to liaise and make contractual correspondence with Clients and internal stakeholders, working on amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
  • Risk Management: The chosen candidate will be responsible to safeguard the interest of Company in contractual matters and identify and mitigate risks, liabilities and deviations.
Requirements:
  • Contract Experience: Well-versed in review and negotiation of various types of contracts and agreements.
  • Contract Handling: Experience in handling contracts with OEMs, Service Providers, Sub Contractors – Software license, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, AI, Manpower etc.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Legal Knowledge: Good understanding of legal documentation and procedures.
