About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and executing commercial agreements, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Endorsement Agreement, Product Purchase Agreements, Marketing Agreement, SaaS Agreements, Sourcing Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and Contribution Agreement.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong contract review and negotiation skills, with experience in reviewing, negotiating, and executing commercial contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Responsibilities
    • Drafting and executing commercial agreements, including NDAs, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Endorsement Agreement, Product Purchase Agreements, Marketing Agreement, SaaS Agreements, Sourcing Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and Contribution Agreement.
    • Reviewing, negotiating, and executing commercial contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Preparing summaries of critical clauses in executed contracts for stakeholder reference.
    • Providing advisory services to the business, finance, and operations teams on queries related to executed agreements.
    • Executing documentation for renewal, variation, and closure of existing business relationships, as well as undertaking research and preparing notes on legal points forming part of business transactions.
    • Maintaining MIS and records of contracts to ensure compliance and efficient contract management.
  • Requirements
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in contract management or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
