Senior Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our contract management function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • International Arbitration: Manage international arbitration proceedings, ensuring alignment with global legal standards and corporate interests.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the drafting, review and negotiation of high-value commercial contracts. Ensure compliance and enforceability through thorough vetting from a legal and risk perspective.
  • Claims & Risk Mitigation: Review and manage legal claims, including vessel claims and operational disputes. Analyze potential liabilities and implement strategies for cost reduction and risk mitigation.
  • Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Oversee litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel and represent the company in legal forums.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a large, listed manufacturing company.
  • Strong understanding of international arbitration, maritime claims and commercial law.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic business environment.
