Job Title: Sales Development Coordinator


About the Role:

The Sales Development Coordinator is a key position that handles multiple distributors, overseeing their business growth and sales capabilities. This role serves as the representative of PepsiCo in the market, responsible for planning, deploying, and executing joint business plans to drive sustainable sales.

This coordinator will help distributors expand their businesses by coaching and working with the distributor's team or sales representatives. They will play a crucial role in resolving market challenges and ensuring incremental business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver secondary monthly targets and gross revenue growth
- Plan routes efficiently to increase productivity
- Increase net distribution by expanding the number of outlets served
- Increase weighted distribution by adding more SKUs to existing outlets
- Ensure stock availability and rack execution according to planogram
- Build strong relationships in the market to maximize customer satisfaction
- Training & Communication
- One-on-one training of PSRs to develop business understanding and sales capability
- Set monthly targets for each salesperson
- Coach salespeople on market execution
- Monitor salesperson performance using regular sales reports
- Communicate incentives and motivate salespeople to achieve targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • FMCG sales and distribution model knowledge
  • Computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Local language (preferably) and basic English
  • Data proficiency - ROI model
