The role of Partnerships Specialist is a pivotal one in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-branded Campaign Planning: Plan and execute impactful campaigns with key partners, including tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Proposal Development: Create persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Trend Analysis: Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Campaign Management: Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Digital Optimization: Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
Success Metrics:
  • Deliver 2-3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish a monthly newsletter highlighting successes and best practices.
