About the Role- Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
