Job Title - Customer Support Position
About the Role:
At Spiderfocus Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and provide prompt, professional support to our clients.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Utilize CRM systems and practices to efficiently manage customer interactions and accounts.
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts in a timely manner.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Track record of over-achieving quota and meeting sales targets.
- Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as customer-oriented abilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
