Job Title: Customer Support Representative

About the Role:

Teleradiology Solutions is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling calls to understand and address the company's and clients' needs and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to callers efficiently and accurately, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Provide comprehensive support to all clients, including handling huge amounts of inbound and outbound call volumes.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, and route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts and willingness to work on weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and strong computer skills.
  • 1 or 2 years of international voice process experience and knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
