Job Title: Business Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

About the Role

The primary goal of this role is to serve as a trusted and collaborative partner to various business teams, providing financial expertise and insights to aid decision-making and deliver value to stakeholders.

We strive to generate value by offering specialist advice and making recommendations to optimize decision-making processes. Our focus lies in delivering transparent processes and implementing governance and controls to mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data (both historical and forward-looking) for strategic and operational decision-making purposes.
  • Formulate forecasts, profit and loss accounts, and financial models.
  • Perform variance analysis and assist in driving company performance through commercial assessment of sales and marketing pricing.
  • Develop a detailed commercial understanding of customer business models, financial performance, and competitor market dynamics.
Requirements

This role requires significant business partnering skills and substantial knowledge of the business.

  • Lead and execute long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and reporting tasks.
  • Support special business projects and initiatives, including M&A modeling, diligence, and integrations.
  • Frequently interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, handling matters between functional areas or other company divisions.
Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 8 years of related experience is required.

This individual should apply acquired expertise and exercise judgment to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent.
