Leading Financial Expert Wanted

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for EPC divisions.
  • Strategically manage project financing, encompassing fundraising, deal structuring, and financial closure.
  • Conduct rigorous financial modelling and analysis of projects to assess profitability, viability, and potential risks.
  • Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and control to ensure seamless alignment with financial targets.
  • Prepare timely and insightful financial reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws and regulations, mitigating associated risks and penalties.
  • Effectively manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and minimize costs.
  • Lead audits and maintain high standards of integrity and transparency.
  • Foster a high-performing finance team through effective leadership and mentorship.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the overall financial strategy of the EPC business.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Solid expertise in project finance, financial modelling, fundraising, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
