Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our organization. As a specialist in this role, you will play a crucial part in developing personalized financial plans for clients, supporting portfolio construction and asset allocation, conducting research, and tracking market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating comprehensive financial plans tailored to client goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences.
  • Support the development of investment strategies, including portfolio construction, asset allocation, and periodic rebalancing.
  • Conduct in-depth research and comparative analysis across various wealth management products.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory updates.
  • Provide regular updates on investment performance and market insights to clients.
  • Coordinate client meetings and manage operational/documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors for integrated solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools.
  • Excellent communication and keen learning attitude.
  • Exposure to managing or assisting with an existing client book or supporting senior wealth managers/family office teams.
