Key Finance Role

We are looking for a highly experienced finance professional to join our leadership team in Delhi Division.

About the Job

  • Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the EPC division, including project-specific financial models.
  • Project Financial Management: Manage and execute project financing, including fundraising, deal structuring, and financial closure.
  • Financial Analysis and Modelling: Conduct financial modelling and analysis of projects to assess profitability and viability.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee budget preparation, monitoring, and control, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Taxation and Treasury: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws and regulations, and manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships.
  • Audit and Risk Management: Lead and oversee audit planning and execution, and contribute to overall risk management.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

  • Education: CA, CFA, or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector, with project finance experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Solid knowledge of project finance, financial modelling, fundraising, and deal structuring, along with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
