Job Title: Director of Placement and Corporate Engagement

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our placement and corporate relations function. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement placement strategies that align with our vision and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier companies, startups, and public sector enterprises for placements, internships, and live projects.
  • Organize industry conclaves, guest lectures, and other corporate interactions to increase engagement.
  • Oversee the entire placement process, from pre-placement talks to final offers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both recruiters and students.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Postgraduate degree (preferably an MBA or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, or HR, ideally within a reputable academic institution or corporate setting.
  • Strong network across various industries (FMCG, BFSI, IT/ITES, Consulting, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a result-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
