Placement Leader

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our placement team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing placement opportunities across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Placement Opportunities
- Establish relationships with employers and organizations to secure hiring and sponsorship opportunities.
- Support local teams in finding job opportunities, both within cities and outside.
- Team Management
- Lead and manage the placement team to achieve high performance targets.
- Collaborate with training teams to identify skill gaps and align student readiness with market needs.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and maintain accurate placement data and reports.
- Secure partnerships with employers through MOUs.
Requirements:
- Excellent corporate relations and networking skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to think strategically and provide solutions-oriented approaches.
- Proficiency in multitasking and working under pressure.
- Knowledge of CRM/ATS is an advantage.
