- Team Performance - Handle team performance, generate sales through tele calling, field sales, and channel partners.
- Retail Business MIS - Handle retail business management information systems.
- Sales and Marketing Planning - Create sales and marketing plans, including offers, sales kits, presentations, digital marketing, and strategies.
- Process Development - Set processes and provide training to sales teams and conduct daily reporting.
- Team Development - Manage the sales team and train new team members.
