Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in a Human Resources Intern position. This role offers the chance to work with HR data, metrics, and people analytics tools.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, be curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and organizing HR datasets, trackers, and dashboards for accuracy and reliability.
  • Supporting HR analytics by generating reports, identifying trends, and creating visual insights for decision-making.
  • Conducting research on HR best practices, benchmarks, and future-of-work trends.
  • Analyzing employee survey data and providing insights to improve engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Coordinating HR programs and initiatives, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Assisting in planning and running employee engagement events, workshops, and learning sessions.
  • Supporting HR team members in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation activities.
  • Maintaining internal communication channels to share updates on HR initiatives and events.

Requirements include:

  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or visualization tools is a plus).
  • Curious, analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Interest in both data-driven HR and employee engagement/event management.
