Job Description:
This internship is an exceptional chance to gain hands-on experience in HR administration by supporting our Human Resources team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling essential administrative tasks and providing support in various areas of HR.
- Administrative Support: Assist with employee record maintenance, prepare HR reports and spreadsheets, and help with onboarding/offboarding formalities.
- General HR Support: Organize HR-related meetings, events, or training sessions and maintain inventory of HR supplies and forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Management: Collect, verify, and update employee timesheets on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with team leads/managers for approval and follow-up on discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate timesheet records and databases.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
