Job Title: Audit Manager

 

  • Actively engage with cutting-edge analytics and data visualization tools to drive audit quality, efficiency, and value creation.
  • Responsible for extracting, enabling, and analyzing audit-related data using innovative solutions to provide insights and analysis throughout the audit process.
  • Work with large datasets, understand common data quality issues, and employ cleansing techniques to discover trends and patterns.
  • Liaise with internal business auditors, auditee teams, IT teams, and external vendors to extend support to existing and future automation projects and seek timely solutions.
  • Coordinate all stages of project development, including system design, development, testing, training, rollout, and post-implementation support.
  • Identify gaps in projects post-go-live and gather feedback from user groups to suggest improvements as needed, conduct user training and contact programs to ensure high system adoption.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant data analytics experience, EDW concepts, good understanding of data mining, and programming languages such as Python and Oracle SQL.
  • Hands-on experience working with visualization tools like Power BI and SAP BO.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle, prior experience in business requirement gathering, UAT, etc.
  • Academic record and certifications in data analytics/data science from a reputed university.
  • Background knowledge of the financial sector at large required, banking knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with various cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Engineering degree and MBA preferred.
