Business Analytics Role Overview

As a business analytics professional, you will work closely with senior leaders to identify and prioritize key business issues that can be resolved through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • IDentify incremental opportunities for cross-selling and deepening existing customer relationships in the retail banking sector.
  • Develop and lead a team of business analysts skilled in SQL/SAS &/or R/Python to extract valuable insights from customer demographic data, banking transactions, and product usage.
  • Liaise with data scientists to build predictive models or advanced machine learning solutions based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions and drive business outcomes.
