About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Business Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating business needs into actionable requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Work with QA teams to define test cases and validate solutions against requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in [your industry, e.g., SaaS / BFSI / IT Services].
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
  • Ability to work in late shift timings (3:00 PM – 12:30 AM IST).
  • Flexible to work in a hybrid environment (in-office & WFH as per company policy).
