We are currently looking for an ambitious Business Development Professional for Kolkata.
JOB SUMMARYThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned territory by:
- Acquiring and nurturing potential Medium to Large QSRs/CDRs customer base.
- Appointing capable Distributors who can sell our product range on their own to Small QSRs without Company support.
The ideal candidate will:
- Relevant Medium to Large QSRs/CDRs & Self-dependent Distributors acquisition.
- Work on Product-wise monthly projections.
- Manage respective DCs (Stock movement from Company to DCs) basis Stock Norms & Client Projections, ensuring no expiries or fill rate gaps at DC level.
- Daily Reporting on Sales Software - Field Assist.
- Manage & develop existing customer base through product range portfolio selling & effective service.
- Maintain payment discipline.
- Annual & monthly target achievement set on New Accounts & Value parameters.
The selected professional will:
- Develop knowledge about Company's products (USP/Specs), pricing & relevant potential customer base.
- Identify, approach & follow-up with all relevant Medium to Large QSRs/CDRs customers & distributors.
- Pitch new range to existing clients.
- Convert potential client into a loyal customer.
- Foster strong relationships with existing & potential customer base.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly Sales Targets.
- Work & maintain customer-wise product-wise monthly projections.
- Track Primary & Secondary stock movement & Ageing.
- Maintain MIS & submission of monthly reports.
- Provide timely product performance feedback & competitor's activities.
- Follow clients on payments for timely receipts.

The compensation package includes an annual salary of approximately 6 lacs to 10 lacs, offering a competitive remuneration for this role.
