Job Overview:

The role of an HR Operations Manager involves overseeing the onboarding, induction, and orientation of new team members into the organization. This includes coordinating employee engagement and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Performance Management: Conduct regular check-ins, skip-level meetings, and annual appraisals to monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
  3. Employee Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to improve employee retention, including conducting exit interviews and recommending courses of action to enhance job satisfaction.
  4. Facility Operations: Manage facility operations, including electrical systems, air conditioning, fire safety protocols, internet services, minor projects, soft services, cafeteria management, inventory control, vendor lists, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • HR Generalist Skills: Possess strong HR generalist skills, including employee engagement, performance management, employee communication, and facility management.

This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
