Business Manager - Design Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the execution of designing processes for 12 to 15 projects per month through a team of designers and sales professionals. This includes enhancing their productivity, providing necessary training, and facilitating design discussions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading sales and design projects to ensure seamless delivery
  • Developing strategies to optimize team performance and output
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction through relationship management
  • Ensuring high standards are met in design Net Promoter Surveys
  • Providing on-the-job training to designers as needed
  • Fostering collaborative design discussions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management
  • A minimum of three years' experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering at least 10 Residential/Interior projects from start to finish
