- Taking client calls on issues and inquiries and navigating to closure
- Testing system functionality, reporting issues, and driving them to completion
- Coordinating and collaborating with clients and cross-functional/cross-regional teams
Key qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in using implementation and delivery services software and tools
- Experience in software product implementation
- Pension or benefits administration knowledge is a plus
