Job Title: Manager - Training Management System

IndiGo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Training Management System (TPMS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the integration and administration of our TPMS, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. TPMS Administration: Oversee the complete administration of our TPMS, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance.
  2. Liaison with LMS Administrator: Collaborate with our Learning Management System (LMS) administrator to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
  3. System Guides and Materials: Create, edit, and monitor system guides and materials to support our training programs.
  4. IT Liaison: Establish and maintain a 24/7 liaison with our IT team to address technical issues and optimize system performance.
  5. Workflows and Reporting: Plan and coordinate workflows with training managers for new employees, and create administrative reports for project timelines.
  6. Configuration and Business Analysis: Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements for our TPMS.
  7. Reporting and Alerting: Define reporting and alerting requirements to meet business demands.
  8. Partner and Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with partners and vendors to optimize and enhance integration.
  9. System Processes: Help design, document, and maintain system processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Technical Issue Resolution: Identify and report common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to our Product team.
  11. Communication and Insights: Communicate key insights and findings to our Product team, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  12. User Feedback and Resolution: Collect and address user feedback to ensure high-quality training experiences.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Graduate from a recognized university or board.
  2. Experience: 8-10 years of post-qualification experience, with prior experience as a People manager (5 years) required.
  3. AIMS Understanding: Strong understanding of Roles/ Category/ Qualification of Pilots within AIMS.
  4. MS-Office Skills: Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  5. Communication Skills: Good communication skills (Verbal & Written).
  6. Team Player: Good team player with a collaborative mindset.
