Transforming Business Outcomes with Data Science and Analytics

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our advanced analytics and data science projects, driving phenomenal value for our global clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable frameworks and deploy a range of problem-solving approaches to drive client outcomes.
  • Develop predictive algorithms, economic valuation models, and perform impact sizing using advanced statistical techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client context and priorities, presenting findings and recommendations to CXOs.
  • Ensure error-free work, recommend appropriate methodologies, and provide flawless project management.
  • Provide apprenticeship and coaching to team members, creating growth opportunities and helping them shine.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Technology/ Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics or Postgraduate with MBA from a top institute/university.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Core Analytics experience preferably some exposure with financial services analytics and in leading analytics teams.
  • Hands-on experience in managing large datasets (using tools such as SQL, SAS, etc.), developing statistical models (using SAS, Python, R etc.), performing analyses using Excel (Pivot Table etc.), and presenting ideas (using PowerPoint).
