Job Description

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our data analytics team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science and experience in developing advanced analytics solutions.

  • Develop and deliver data science solutions for business, partnering with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver analytics enabled solutions.
  • Create advanced analytics solutions on quantitative and text data using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and NLP techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into appropriate analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in data science and analytics, with hands-on experience in statistical modelling, machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to run analytics applications such as Python, SAS, and interpret statistical results are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics Solution Development (40%): Partner with internal teams and external partners to design and deliver advanced analytics enabled solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management (30%): Work with stakeholders and sponsors to understand business problems and translate them into appropriate analytics solutions.
  • Cloud Adoption: Maximize adoption of cloud-based advanced analytics solutions.
  • Collaboration and Ownership: Share knowledge, best practices with the team and provide mentoring, coaching, and consulting advice and guidance to staff.

Qualifications:

  • Engineer from top-tier institutions or Master's in field related to Data Science/Economics/Mathematics.
  • Must have 8+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics, with hands-on experience in Statistical Modelling /Machine Learning Techniques/Natural Language Processing/Deep Learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to run analytics applications such as Python, SAS, and interpret statistical results.
