About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage back-end HR operations and accounting support. This role combines responsibilities for payroll, compliance, documentation, joining coordination, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR processes while contributing to accurate financial records and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and facilitate new hire orientations.
- Provide support for financial transactions, reconciliations, and record-keeping.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or accounting support.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
