Growth Catalyst Role

This is a unique opportunity to drive business expansion by executing growth experiments and analyzing their impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, run, and optimize growth experiments across customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
    • Develop targeted outreach strategies using cold emails, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns.
      • Analyze performance metrics, track key indicators, and adjust tactics to maximize results.
        • Create high-quality content (emails, LinkedIn posts, one-pagers, case studies) that resonates with the target audience.
          • Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to establish thought leadership.
            • Collaborate closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to translate growth insights into actionable strategies.

        • You are comfortable wearing multiple hats, shifting between outreach, analysis, and content creation as needed.
          • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
            • You are passionate about driving growth, experimenting with new approaches, and optimizing outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a growth-related function
    • A solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
      • An analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards to inform decisions.
        • Willingness to take calculated risks, engage in cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and other forms of outreach.
          • Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools can be beneficial.
