Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a growth-related function
- A solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
- An analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards to inform decisions.
- Willingness to take calculated risks, engage in cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and other forms of outreach.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools can be beneficial.
