Civil Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects.

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop project schedules, coordinate with other engineering disciplines, and ensure that project timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Design and Engineering: Design and engineer various civil structures and infrastructure, including designing foundations, structural components, and coordinating with architects and other design professionals.
  • Construction and Site Supervision: Oversee the construction and execution of civil works, coordinating with construction teams, conducting site visits, and ensuring that construction activities adhere to safety and quality standards.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct quality control checks, implement quality assurance processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Risk and Safety Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with civil engineering projects, implementing safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.
  • Client and Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 6+ years experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
