Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to manage and execute civil works for solar power projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, site supervision, and ensure timely and quality completion of all civil engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise civil works for solar power plant projects, including foundations, cable trenches, and structural installations.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.

Read and interpret civil and structural drawings to guide on-site work.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications.

Prepare site progress reports and documentation regularly.

Monitor material requirements and manage resource allocation on site.

Resolve technical issues related to civil work during project execution.

Requirements:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

1–3 years of experience in project execution (solar or industrial projects preferred).

Knowledge of foundation works, piling, concrete structures, and site preparation.

Ability to interpret civil drawings and BOQs accurately.

Strong skills in project management and on-site coordination.

Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on solar power plants or industrial EPC projects.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or STAAD Pro for civil design review.

Familiarity with project quality control procedures and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
