Senior Business Development Manager

As a Senior Business Development Manager at LTIMindtree, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing business opportunities in the BFSI domain. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and articulate winning solutions for mid to large-sized deals, leveraging your expertise in working with BFSI clients, RFP/RFI processes, and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in RFP/RFI processes from qualification to handover for delivery
• Develop and articulate winning solutions for BFSI clients
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth
• Leverage expertise in BFSI industry and solution design to drive mid to large-sized deals
Requirements and Skills
• 5+ years of experience responding to RFI, RFP's, and RFPQ's
• 5+ years of experience with RFP solution design, efforts, and cost estimations
• 3+ years of work exposure to BFSI clients in presales, business development, or delivery roles
• Experience in designing RFP solutions for integrated deals (Applications + Infrastructure), managed services, and implementation
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience across both delivery and solutioning/business development roles
• Knowledge of specific COTS products relevant to BFSI and familiarity with Gen AI use case enablement
• Analytical mind, good critical thinking skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
