
Digital Partnership Strategist

We seek an experienced professional to develop and expand relationships with our key clients.
- Portfolio Development: Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver customized solutions.
- Executive-Level Engagement: Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Responsibilities include:
- Represent the client internally by collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives.
- Use data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value.
- Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
