Leadership Role in IVF Centers

The Center Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational and financial excellence at our IVF centers. This position involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, compliance, process optimization, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual operating plans & performance targets aligned with corporate strategy
  • Ensure achievement of financial & operational targets through effective leadership & people management
  • Monitor revenue, profitability, & team performance against defined Key Results Areas (KRAs)
  • Lead cost optimization & compliance initiatives to enhance efficiency & reduce costs
  • Oversee Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation, medical record management, & audit readiness to maintain high standards of care
  • Act as an escalation point for operational issues, ensuring medico-legal compliance & maintaining a safe environment for patients & staff
  • Liaise with sales & marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in local markets & drive business growth
  • Coordinate monthly Profit & Loss statements with the corporate Management Information System (MIS) team
  • Focus on patient satisfaction, retention, & conversion metrics to improve overall patient experience & loyalty
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership & people management skills to motivate & inspire teams
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets, including Revenue, EBITDA, & Contribution Margin
  • Customer satisfaction focus, aiming for NPS scores above 90%
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance & medico-legal requirements to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Process-driven with attention to detail to maintain high standards of care & efficiency
