Accounts Receivable Associate

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing collection efforts and driving continuous improvements for the business.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Timely submission and maintenance of customer documentation to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Accurate preparation of invoices within deadlines.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and statements as required by the Receivables team.
  • Processing bank guarantees efficiently.
  • Supporting payment process documentation to maintain transparency.
  • Identifying, validating, and logging customer disputes to initiate resolution and critical issue management.
  • Monitoring advance payments and coordinating with the business divisions to raise invoices promptly.
  • Allocating payments against invoices, encompassing all payment types.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Finance-related fields.
  • Proven experience in a collection or accounts receivable position.
  • Excellent computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • The ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Adaptability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong ethical standards.
  • Superior analytical skills.

Beyond the essential qualifications, we look for candidates who possess:

  • Familiarity with GST, which would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas.
