Order to Cash Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Order to Cash Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire order-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the order-to-cash process, including various invoice types, and possess excellent communication skills. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business growth.

SAP knowledge and experience in generating reports from SAP would be an added advantage. Additionally, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate purchase orders and ensure timely billing.
  • Interact with clients to gather feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage collections and disputes, implementing strategies to improve cash flow.
  • Collect pass due amounts through calls and emails.
  • Meet collection targets and goals.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and Country/Regional Financial Managers.
  • Participate in conference calls and governance meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order-to-cash or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
