Job Title: Cash Collector

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cash Collector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of collections activity, including cash collection, account management, customer relations, controls compliance, and account management through multiple revenue streams.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in collections, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple accounts and building strong relationships with customers. Additionally, they should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Collection: Collect cash from customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Account Management: Manage multiple accounts, including tracking payments, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support
  • Controls Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Account Management through Multiple Revenue Streams: Manage accounts across various revenue streams, including GDO, 2 Tier, Direct, and Leasing

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in collections
  • Excellent Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of collections processes and procedures
  • Team Handling Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build strong relationships with customers
  • People Management Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends
