Cash Application Specialist

Are you ready to drive change in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment? We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. This role involves making collection calls to customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out as per their requests.

The successful candidate will identify and rectify unidentified cash and manage end-to-end process of Cash applications. They will also process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring the DRR is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.

Responsibilities
  1. Making collection calls to customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out as per their requests.
  2. Identifying and rectifying unidentified cash and managing end-to-end process of Cash applications.
  3. Processing cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring the DRR is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
  4. Following up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution.
  5. Reconciling orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
Qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Meaningful Experience
