Strategic Enterprise Leadership Role

This esteemed leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving key enterprise-wide initiatives and shaping the organization's strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Identify key strategic issues, conceptualize and execute enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, and forecast strategic and operational variables.
  • CXO Support: Manage CXOs interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, work on go-to-market strategy, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Initiative PMO: Lead and drive key strategic initiatives, deliver and design transformation agenda & efficiency improvement projects, and ensure seamless project planning and execution.
  • Strategic Insights: Develop business cases and strategic options, facilitate competition bench-marking, and prepare intelligent analysis on periodic basis.
  • Strategy Communication: Manage all strategic communication from the CSO's office, keep track of industry updates, and review changes/developments closely to assess impact.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships across all levels in the organization.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively across functions to create buy-in to achieve deliverables, ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative, good understanding of data management and collection, modelling, and interpretation across complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail.

Qualification: Full-time MBA (preferably from tiered B-school) / CA. Experience: Minimum 3 years PQE.
