Network Solutions Specialist

As a Network Engineer III, you will partner with a leading telecommunications firm to deliver cutting-edge engineering solutions. This US-based organization plays a vital role in building and maintaining critical infrastructure.
A 100% remote Network Engineer III will join an international team supporting clients globally from India. You'll collaborate closely with a US-based manager and a dedicated team focused on technical excellence and innovation.
Troubleshoot complex GTD-5 switch issues (5+ years' experience required). Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution.
Interact with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems. Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement.
Document internal processes and mentor other engineers. Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation.
- At least 5 years' hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting
- Experience with call processing and translations
- Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance
- Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
